Job Summary

 

The Paid Media Coordinator will support the execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across social media and search platforms. Responsibilities include managing ad assets, assisting with A/B testing, supporting campaign setup, and ensuring timely and efficient ad delivery. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and highly analytical thinker who can understand the balance between brand and commerce. This role reports to the Growth Marketing Manager and works closely with the ecommerce team, requiring strong attention to detail and a keen interest in the ever-evolving digital media landscape. Candidates must be based in the NYC area.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Asset Management: Assist in sourcing and organizing ad assets (creative, tracking URLs, copy, etc.) to ensure campaigns are launched efficiently and on time.
  • Support Campaign Setup: Assist in setting up paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads, ensuring all components are properly in place before launch.
  • Campaign Maintenance and Optimizations: Collaborate with the Growth Marketing manager to analyze performance to identify areas for optimization; assist with implementing necessary adjustments to improve ad performance.
  • A/B Testing: Assist in the design and execution of A/B and multivariate tests for paid digital marketing campaigns, providing data and insights to inform future strategies.
  • General Support: Provide general support with ad hoc requests as needed, including copy proofing, performance tracking, and content coordination.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technology in the digital media landscape.
  • Organic Social Calendar support: Assist in planning and scheduling posts that align with ecommerce initiatives and seasonal topics.

 

Skills / Qualifications

 

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital communications, paid media experience a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of current advertising trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest ad platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of key industry metrics (Impressions, CTR, CAC, CPC, ROAS, CPO, CRR, LTV etc)
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets required.
  • Proficiency with GA4 and understanding of channel attribution models preferred.
  • Experience in other reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Strong written communication skills, with an understanding of brand tone of voice.
  • Detail driven and solutions-oriented, ability to be adaptable to change.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop or Figma a plus.

 

Additional Information

 

  • Location: Full time at our Soho NY office. Hybrid work schedule, mandated to be in office Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Reporting Structure: Direct report to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager
  • Compensation: $60-70K
