Converse for Carhartt WIP Stores Exclusive
For Fall/Winter 2018 Carhartt WIP has teamed with Converse to create two variations of the iconic and versatile Chuck 70, a modern ode to the Chuck Taylor All Star. These will be exclusively available from November 8th at Carhartt WIP retail stores and at carhartt-wip.com. Considered in design and detail, both are reflective of themes in Carhartt WIP’s recent Fall/Winter collection. 
The 'Milner' style features contrast panels of soft suede, referencing the Milner Shirt Jacket in the F/W18 collection – a robust mid-layer created in shaggy wool fabric. For this style, the color palette is kept muted and autumnal, with shades of mulberry, dark navy and loden, and is accented by gold band detailing on the toe box. Both sneakers also feature co-branded footbeds.
Both iterations take cues from this season’s collection, in the detailing and color palette, and apply them to this signature Converse style. The Chuck 70 Chalk focuses on the crisp canvas overshirts found in the F/W18 collection, which are offset by workwear-inspired contrast stitching. Both sneakers also feature co-branded footbeds.
