Reference Festival
Launched in 2019, Reference Festival is the brainchild of multifaceted communications agency Reference Studios. On January 21st, the second edition Reference Festival will launch – virtually of course – live from Berlin's Zeiss Major Planetarium. Featuring a slew of streams, illustrious guests include DJ, producer, and electronic musician Honey Dijon and the fashion world’s number one “illustrateur sonore” Michel Gaubert.
As part of the program, Carhartt WIP presents a special streaming program by Berlin-based label PAN, featuring Chinese musician and visual artist Pan Daijing; Finish avant-garde electronic duo Amnesia Scanner; dancer, model and choreographer MJ Harper; and famed German fine artist Anne Imhof together with American painter and musician Eliza Douglas. Each performance has been specially commissioned for the online festival and will introduce new material alongside existing work.
