WIP Magazine Out Now
WIP is a new magazine by Carhartt Work In Progress. True to its name, the 140-page title seeks to highlight those who exist within the Carhartt WIP universe, and explore their practices and processes.
Issue 1 features artist and photographer Julian Klincewicz in conversation with art curator Ligaya Salazar, discussing pop culture as a medium for art, and the importance of not working. Skateboarder Denis Lynn takes a trip around Europe, from Malmo to Paris, accompanied by an essay from architect and writer Jack Self. London-based photographer Joyce NG teams up with stylist Ai Kamoshita for a fever dream-inspired spring/summer editorial. And we look inside the world of Berlin’s infamous 1UP graffiti crew, and their recent photo book with Martha Cooper.
