    Return Policy

    If you would like to return an item, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

    • Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
    • Shipping Charges cannot be refunded.
    • Online Orders cannot be returned or exchanged at a physical Carhartt WIP location.
    • Carhartt WIP North America reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
    • Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to: all Sale Items, Gift Cards, select collaborative releases and select items (hats, underwear, socks, gadgets & swimwear).

    Orders shipped within the U.S are eligible for refund, exchange, or web store credit.

    Refund or Web Store Credit:

    • All returns are subject to a $7 return fee.
    • The return fee is waived for exchanges or returns for web store credit.
    • Web store credit can only be redeemed on the Carhartt WIP USA online store, and not at any of our physical store locations.


    Exchanges:

    • Can be accommodated for the same style in a different size or color, or for a different item of higher or lower value entirely.
    • If the exchanged product’s value is less than 50% of the total return value, the return is considered a refund, and the $7 return fee will apply.
    • Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability and not guaranteed.
    • Exchanged items are shipped free of charge.
    • A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

    Defective Items

    If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately.

    Return to Sender / Refused Packages

    Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our warehouse and treated as a return. We will return the items to stock for a refund less a restocking fee.
