Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To receive your order by December 24th via UPS Ground Shipping, orders must be placed by the dates below based on delivery location:
West Coast: December 15th, 9am PST
East Coast: December 17th, 12pm EST
Overnight: December 22nd, 10am EST
Please note transit times are subject to change based on the ability of UPS to transport and deliver packages. Allow additional time for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major US holidays). Please note our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping
Free ground shipping on orders $50 and above
- UPS Ground: 2-5 business days - $8
- UPS Ground with Signature Requirement: 2-5 business days - $10
- UPS Overnight: 1-2 business days - $28
Alaska & Hawaii*
- UPS Ground: 5-7 business days - $25
*Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Sales Taxes
All orders shipped to the states of Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin are subject to state sales tax. All other states are tax free.
