    1. Financial Business Systems Analyst | New York, NY

    Summary

    The Financial Business Systems Analyst will play a significant role in the IT and Finance Department. You will be ensuring the seamless integration, validation, and reporting of financial data across our ecommerce, retail, and omni-channel operations. You will be providing financial data management strategies with Shopify payouts, omni-channel inventory management, and return processes. Your role is a great opportunity to help shape the financial and operational backbone of a growing ecommerce and retail business. Candidate must be based out of the NYC area.     Core Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary owner of NetSuite Financial Reporting systems.
    • Support the business needs for accounting, payout reconciliation, cost controlling, inventory controlling, product costing, and financial consolidation across core applications.
    • Oversee the validation of financial data in NetSuite across all selling channels.
    • Work with the Finance team to implement efficiencies and enhancements to all Finance processes within the ERP and associated Corporate Applications.
    • Generate and maintain accurate financial reports using NetSuite and external reporting tools.
    • Develop and manage workflows for integrating financial and operational data from multiple sources.
    • Assist in monitoring performance metrics and KPIs for all sales channel operations.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business systems with organizational goals.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • +2 years of experience.
    • Proven experience in ERP support with NetSuite is required.
    • Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Operations including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Budget, Bank Accounting, and FP&A.
    • Experience with Retail/POS applications, specifically Shopify POS is strongly preferred.
    • Experience with Ecommerce applications, specifically Shopify+ and experience with Shopify Managed Markets or Global-E is strongly preferred.
    • Strong Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or Project Management (CAPM or PMP) skills highly desired.
    • Experience with multi-national GAAP support is preferred.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Critical thinker and problem solver who is highly organized and has a strong attention to detail and follow through.
    • Ability to work independently with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, anticipate business needs, and assess and mitigate risks.

    2. Executive Assistant | New York, NY

    Summary

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the General Manager of Carhartt WIP North America. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional administrative, communication, and organizational skills who can seamlessly manage day-to-day operations, support real estate and insurance logistics, handle travel planning, and ensure the seamless ongoing project and calendar coordination. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Manage the General Manager’s calendar: schedule meetings, send invites, prepare agendas, and reserve rooms across time zones.
    • Act as a gatekeeper for time management, ensuring priorities align across teams and departments.
    • Monitor and manage the GM’s inbox: triage emails, prioritize critical communications, respond or escalate as needed.
    • Coordinate and submit the GM’s expense reports, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
    • Review and track department expense claims and approvals.
    • Maintain administrative records related to insurance, vendor contracts, and legal compliance.
    • Support real estate administration, including building maintenance, city paperwork, and vendor certifications.
    • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel: book flights, accommodations, transportation, and create detailed itineraries.
    • Provide real-time travel support and adjustments across global time zones.
    • Oversee local logistics: arrange restaurant bookings, vendor visits, and event coordination.
    • Track active projects in Asana, follow up on tasks, and share updates with other departments.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • 2–3 years of relevant administrative, EA, or operations experience (retail/accounting admin a plus).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience using Asana or other project management tools.

    3. Integration Analyst | New York, NY

    Summary

    The Integration Analyst’s primary role is to own the day-to-day management of Carhartt WIP North America’s core System Integrations, including EDI, and work with the functional business teams to maintain transactional and master data accuracy. Candidate must be based out of the NYC area. Become a part of our team and help drive success across different channels and platforms.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Monitor and resolve day-to-day integration issues for both point to point and middleware managed integrations along with our MSP and vendors.
    • Develop new and edit existing integrations, as requested, with the support of our current MSP.
    • Monitor and manage Carhartt WIP’s EDI portal.
    • Manage SLAs and KPIs of all corporate integrations.
    • Lead master data management processes with the business.
    • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
    • Identify and address discrepancies in data quality and system configurations.
    • Manage vendor relationships, including system upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing IT projects and initiatives.
    • Create and maintain portfolio for Integration and Data Analytics projects
    • Off hour work for project support and normal production infrastructure and integration support, as needed.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Preferably 2-3+ years of experience in the related field.
    • Background in integration development and management – ETL, API, ESB, GraphQL architecture management.
    • Experience with middleware and iPaaS solutions, preferably Celigo.
    • Strong Excel skills required.
    • Experience with EDI (X12, Edifact) translators and tools, preferably SPSCommerce.
    • Strong understanding of system integrations, data analysis, management and governance best practices.
    • Experience with relational databases and basic querying capabilities with both T-SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
    • ITILand ITSM Framework experience and certifications are a plus.

    4. Ecommerce Customer Service Associate (Part-Time, Seasonal) | New York, NY

    Summary

    The Ecommerce Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing support and service to e-commerce customers through phone, chat & e-mail channels. Provide an on-brand customer experience.
