The Kakomi Ceramic Pot
For centuries, clay pots have been part of everyday cooking in Japan, reflecting a heritage shaped by shared meals and time spent together.
They’re a familiar presence during the colder months: a source of warmth, comfort and communal gathering. More than vessels for cooking, they embody a ritual that continues to bridge generations.
The Kakomi Ceramic Pot, our latest collaboration with Japanese brand KINTO, reinterprets this ritual for the present day. It’s made from heat-resistant ceramic, suitable for direct flame, microwave and oven, it’s designed for steaming, simmering and slow stewing – on the stove or at the table. The pot combines durability with a contemporary, lightweight design suited to everyday use.
