Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major US holidays). Please note our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping
A minimum order value of CA$100 (excluding shipping & taxes) must be met for orders shipping to Canada.
Free ground shipping on orders CA$300 and above
- UPS Standard International: 2-10 business days - CA$25
Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
Sales Taxes and Duties
Orders to Canada are shipped* on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included in the final price. Orders to Canada will not be subject to any import duties and taxes.
We do not ship to the following provinces & territories in Canada: Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon.
*Global-E will act as the seller of record for orders shipping to Canada. Global-E is an international fulfilment service provider to Carhartt WIP. These orders will be subject to Global-E Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy which will be presented to you at checkout.
